Kamala Harris’ first Pennsylvania post-debate rally will be in the Scranton and Wilkes-Barre area. The battleground state is a crucial stopping place that she and President Biden flipped in 2020. Harris will visit a small business in Johnstown and then is holding a campaign rally in Wilkes-Barre in the evening, the campaign said.
