Former Obama senior advisor Valerie Jarrett joined Morning Joe alongside Forbes’ Maggie McGrath and 30/50 Summit co-chair Huma Abedin to discuss her inclusion on the 2024 Forbes x Know Your Value ’50 Over 50′ list, her career, and advice for young women. In a special moment, her daughter, Saturday Today co-anchor Laura Jarrett, surprised her with a heartfelt tribute. Jarrett also reflected on the evolving role of women in leadership and voiced confidence in Vice President Kamala Harris ahead of the 2024 election.
